John Klopacz

Vice President and General Manager, HPE Aruba Networking, Federal
John Klopacz is the Vice President and General Manager of HPE Aruba Networking, Federal. In his current role, John oversees the HPE Aruba Networking business, including Field Sales, Systems Engineering, Channels, and Field Marketing.

John joined HPE Aruba Networking in July of 2017 as the Director of DoD. Prior to that, John worked at HP/HPE Public Sector, Ericsson Federal, and Nortel Government Solutions for 14 years. He has held numerous sales, sales leadership, and executive leadership team roles during his career, to include Vice President of DoD, Nortel Government Solutions and Vice President of Government Sales, Ericsson Federal. Prior to Nortel Government Solutions, John held numerous sales and sales leadership roles within Nortel’s Service Provider & Carrier organization.

Additionally, John started his post-collegiate career serving as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps and is a retired Colonel in the USMC Reserve. He is a veteran of OPERATION RESTORE HOPE (Somalia), OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM (Iraq), and OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM (Afghanistan) and is the recipient of numerous personal awards including the Legion of Merit and Combat Action Ribbon w/ Gold Star (in Lieu of Second Award). John earned his B.A from Marquette University in International Affairs and is an alumnus of the Mendoza School of Business at the University of Notre Dame.
